These terms cover use of Project Data, Project PayApp, and Project PO at app.thejettcompany.com and thejettcompany.com. The operator is The Jett Company.
By creating an account or continuing as a guest on an owner invite, you agree to this draft. If you do not agree, do not use the program.
You are responsible for the email and password on your account and for the job data you type. Keep the password to yourself. Tell us at support@thejettcompany.com if you think the account was used without you.
One person, one login. Do not share an editor login to bypass a paid seat or an owner-only view.
Each contractor workspace is isolated. You may not attempt to open another contractor’s jobs, invites, or files. An owner invite opens only the sender’s Project Data dashboard, KPI-only.
We do not promise that a workspace is a legal archive or a substitute for your own job records.
Use the program for lawful construction administration — pay applications, purchase orders, and executive job numbers. Do not use it for illegal activity, to store data you have no right to hold, or to attack the service.
Printed party names come from the job fields you type. Do not put another company’s identity on a form as if it were yours.
Lien waiver printing is Texas only: the four Texas Property Code §53.284 statutory forms (conditional or unconditional, progress or final). A job whose location is not Texas does not print a waiver.
This program does not offer another state’s waiver as a fake form and will not put another state’s name on a Texas statutory form. The printed pack is marked as not an AIA copyrighted form.
The published Solo plan is a 7-day free trial that does not require a credit card to start, then $249 per month if you add a card to continue. Unlock includes an active or trialing Stripe status. When the trial ends, access ends unless you enter a card.
If Stripe is not configured on a demo server, local skip may unlock a workspace without a charge. That demo path is not a live subscription and is not a promise of free production use.
Taxes, failed cards, and cancellations are handled in Stripe Checkout and the customer portal. We do not invent charges inside the app.
The program is provided as-is for SaaS use. We work to keep it available, but we do not warrant that a pay app, waiver, KPI, or PO letter is complete for every job or every lender.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Jett Company’s liability for a claim about the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid for the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost jobs, lost bids, delay damages, or printed-form outcomes at a jobsite.
Nothing here limits liability that Texas law does not let a SaaS provider disclaim.
You may stop using the program and ask us to close the account. We may suspend or close a workspace for unpaid production billing, abuse, or a legal demand.
After closure, access ends. Export what you need before you leave. We are not a records warehouse after deletion.
