Who we are

Project Data is the program. Inside it sit Project PayApp and Project PO. The legal entity that operates these products is The Jett Company.

This policy covers app.thejettcompany.com and thejettcompany.com. Product screens use product names only. The maker name appears here because this is a legal document.

Account data

When you create an account we store the email address you give us, your name, a password hash (not the password itself), and the company name on your workspace.

Sign-in uses a session cookie so we know it is you on later visits. We do not sell account email lists.

Workspace and job data

Each contractor gets an isolated workspace. Job setup, schedule of values, pay applications, change orders, buyout, RFIs, KPI numbers, purchase orders, and uploaded job photos live in that workspace.

We keep that data so the program can open the same jobs you saved. Other contractors cannot see your workspace. We do not use your job numbers to train a public model or to advertise to third parties.

Owner invite views

An editor can send an owner a private join link into that same workspace. An owner sees Project Data KPI views only. They cannot change a number or open Project PayApp or Project PO sheets.

The owner’s email (if they create an account) or guest session is tied to that invite so they land on the sender’s live dashboard, not a new empty tenant.

Payments

Paid plans go through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. The 7-day free trial does not collect a card. Card numbers are entered on Stripe’s pages only when you subscribe or continue after the trial. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

We receive subscription status, customer and subscription identifiers, and payment timestamps from Stripe so we can unlock printing and keep the workspace current. Stripe has its own privacy policy.

Cookies and session

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and a small local flag so the Add to Home Screen hint is not shown on every visit. The last workspace snapshot can be cached in IndexedDB on your device so the app still opens if the network drops.

We do not run advertising pixels and we do not claim analytics certifications we have not obtained.

Retention

Account and workspace data stay while the workspace is open. If you ask us to close an account or delete a workspace, we remove the stored workspace blob and the account we can identify from your email, except records we must keep for billing disputes or a legal hold.

Stripe keeps its own payment records under Stripe’s retention rules.

Your requests

Email support@thejettcompany.com to ask what we hold, to correct an email, or to request deletion of a workspace. Say which site and which account email. We will answer the request we can fulfill from our records.

This document does not claim SOC 2, ISO, HIPAA, or other certifications. If those are completed later, this page will say so.
